A Seattle native and daughter of a contractor, she grew up with a deep appreciation for construction and design that most agents simply do not have. That foundation, combined with decades of Eastside market experience, gives her clients something rare: an agent who sees the full picture.
She specializes in two of real estate's most emotionally complex situations: senior transitions and divorce-related sales. In both cases, she brings something no certification can fully teach, the experience of having been there herself. She listens before she advises. She directs without controlling. Suzanne is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE), one of fewer than 400 agents in the country to hold or pursue this credential.
